1. Who operates Mineratius?
Mineratius: Dawn of Worlds is published by Venutian Labs, based in the UK. For privacy questions, contact support@mineratius.com.
2. Information we process
Depending on which game features you use, this may include your player name, internal account or guest ID, email address when registering, information provided by a sign-in provider, and game progress such as energy, matches, character activity and multiplayer participation. Servers and diagnostic systems may also process IP addresses, device information, connection events, technical logs and crash reports.
If you submit an account-deletion request through this website, we store the email address and optional player identifier you provide, along with a request reference so the request can be reviewed.
3. Why we use this information
To create and protect accounts; operate multiplayer sessions; maintain game progress and purchases when available; address security and abuse; troubleshoot bugs; answer support requests; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Service providers
We may use third-party infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, crash reporting, advertising and payment providers as their features become active. Their involvement depends on the version of the game you use. We will update this notice to identify material integrations and relevant practices before enabling new processing.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate Mineratius: Dawn of Worlds, provide our services, protect player accounts, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Our retention practices are as follows:
- Account information: Player profiles, email addresses, account identifiers, game progress, energy balances and match history are retained while an account remains active.
- Technical and security data: Server connection logs, IP addresses, crash reports and technical diagnostic records are generally retained for up to 30 days, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary to investigate a security incident or comply with legal obligations.
- Game sessions: Temporary match data is removed when a match has permanently concluded and is no longer needed for operational recovery. Match results associated with a player account may be retained for the lifetime of that account.
- Account deletion: We aim to process account deletion requests within 28 days of receipt. Following appropriate identity verification, associated personal information will be deleted or anonymized, except where limited retention is legally required or otherwise permitted.
- Support and deletion records: Customer support correspondence and minimal records documenting completed account deletion requests may be retained for up to 12 months after resolution.
- Backups: Deleted personal information may temporarily remain in protected backups until those backups expire under our scheduled retention procedures. Previously completed deletions will be respected if a backup is restored.
- Legal obligations: Certain information may be retained for longer where necessary to comply with applicable tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or other legal requirements.
Information that has been irreversibly anonymized and can no longer reasonably identify an individual may be retained for statistical analysis and game improvement.
You may request deletion of your account and eligible personal information through our Delete Account page or by contacting support@mineratius.com.
6. Security and sharing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for account and multiplayer information. Data may be shared with service providers that help deliver the game and website, and where required by law. No internet service is completely risk-free.
7. Your choices and account deletion
You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information by contacting support@mineratius.com. To request account deletion, use our Delete page accessible from the home page. We may verify account ownership before processing a request. Some limited data may be retained where required or permitted by law.
8. Children and families
If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, please contact us so we can review the situation. We will review reports concerning children’s information and take appropriate action.
9. Website technology
This website uses WordPress and necessary security/form-handling features. The theme itself does not add advertising tracking scripts or third-party analytics to the website. Your hosting provider may keep standard access and security logs.
